We are actively seeking a Sr. Field Marketing Manager. The role will report directly to the V.P. Field Marketing. The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will be based in the US and may work from a remote office.

Position Summary

As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager for North America, you will collaborate with the NAMER Sales Organization, reporting to the VP of NAMER Marketing to build and execute cross-NAMER integrated marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue goals for each North American region and for the overall company. You will closely partner with our global marketing teams, client success, sales teams, and agencies to build and drive these integrated plans and execute projects end-to-end, including progress reports and results.

The most critical aspect of this role is building solid relationships with the sellers in your territory and sales leaders. You will provide strategic guidance on territory marketing plans and tactics to produce new opportunities to sell Rimini Street products. Additionally, as the key link between corporate and North America marketing, you will ensure strong integration and communication between teams, consistent messaging, unified branding, and effective leverage of corporate tools, campaigns, and deliverables across North America.

Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of successfully working in NAMER field marketing teams, collaboratively setting strategic plans, and effectively driving successful execution to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and execution plans for NAMER integrated campaigns, and work with the NAMER campaigns team to produce tactics and programs that drive leads and pipeline based on sales input.
  • Interlock with regional field marketing leaders in other regions and within NAMER to ensure agreement on cross priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Own cross-NAMER success metrics (leads and pipeline) and report to marketing leaders, sales leaders, and GMs. Monitor and drive lead actions and velocity, ensuring NAMER Marketing meets/exceeds goals in SALs and pipeline.
  • Drive audience acquisition and targeting for flagship events (Streetlight series, 3rd party events, etc.), and work with sales to develop regional event strategy in collaboration with the NAMER events team.

Education

  • S./B.A. degree in marketing.

Experience

  • 10+ years previous marketing experience including field marketing, with specific experience in demand generation/campaign management leadership at B2B technology companies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A successful candidate will have a proven history of developing marketing strategies to drive revenue in the field; creating compelling content and programs; strong knowledge of marketing campaign and event best practices and digital channels; excellent project management skills; and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in strategically developing a campaign plan and executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing and pipeline generation programs in NAMER.
  • A deep understanding of the customer lifecycle to build out campaigns that follow the buyer's journey.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to confidently develop and drive strategy across tenured sales leaders and account executives.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus (preferably Marketo and Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a passion for working with data, analyzing outcomes, and extracting key insights for continuous optimization.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while wearing multiple hats.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with rigorous attention to detail.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience. Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 137k - 164k depending on skills and experience.
