The Rare Cardiology Regional Marketing Director works with Regional Key Account Management teams, across a broad, multi-disciplinary group of stakeholders to provide customer insights and patient/account driven solutions that create opportunities for ATTR-CM within Health Systems (e.g., National Accounts, COE’s, Medical Groups) and third-party affiliates.

What You Will Achieve

The Regional Marketing Director will work directly with internal stakeholders to accelerate and optimize customer engagement and patient impact. The role encompasses both regional responsibilities and a national scope.

How You Will Achieve It

• Work with the RD Cross Functional Team and customers to develop plans enabling ATTR-CM suspicion, diagnosis, disease management, and adherence capabilities.
• Support account teams in identifying opportunities to optimize the patient journey across a multi-disciplinary team.
• Enable solutions through insight sharing and co-creation of scalable, templated resources focused on communication and change management.
• Generate core insights through robust discovery and delivery plans that inform strategy and optimize execution.
• Collaborate with Pfizer stakeholders (legal, compliance, HIT, marketing, medical, agencies, digital) to develop resources supporting customer and patient education.
• Manage third-party agencies for content creation, navigate content through RC/GCMA processes, and oversee budget management.
• Lead special projects and support tactical planning with MG/IDN marketing teams.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 8+ years’ experience in health system/MG/IDN Sales, Account Management, or other customer facing roles
• Prior project management experience (2+ years)
• Proven ability to develop insights, strategy, and tactical plans

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with sound business acumen
• Effective planning, prioritization, and project management skills
• Core marketing capabilities to design strategies that maximize local opportunities
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare market and its customers
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, the role is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20% of the base salary and for a share-based long-term incentive program.
